Meghan has 20 years leadership experience in the not-for-profit management space, has raised millions of dollars in her roles as a professional fundraiser, has facilitated strategic initiatives across diverse groups, and is now Interim Dean at Douglass College, Rutgers University. Her PhD research is in the lived experience and leadership identity of women who hold CEO roles in not-for-profit.
