Who gets to decide what beauty is and who is beautiful and who isn't? It is arbitrary, and women have been trained to validate themselves via external metrics. Culture tells us what to think about ourselves, causing us to compare ourselves to others, and we believe what we are told because of confirmation bias.
Your body does not create your feelings. Your thoughts about your body create your feelings, and that is helpful to know because it is within your power to change what you think. Loving yourself regardless of whether or not your appearance matches what society tells you counts as beauty can change your life for the better.
How would your life be different if you knew you were beautiful? We can choose what we believe about ourselves. Wiring our brains to think differently is exactly what I teach, and it can be so rewarding.
