Description

Many clients come to me because they want to feel more in control. They don't want to feel like a passenger in the car of life but rather the driver. However, the desire for control can also sometimes have adverse effects, such as wanting control through food, alcohol abuse, and so forth.

Control is not always needed. We sometimes tell stories about ourselves and frame them as if they are conflicts when control isn't really what is needed because there ultimately is no battle. Fear creates conflict which is why I encourage you to be mindful of the language that you use when telling your stories.
