My coaching journey so far has been beautiful, so in-depth and really hard work. My professional coach diploma training was with OCA (Optimus Coach Academy) who are accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation), completing 125 hours of training and 50 hours of coaching.
I have now gone on to train as a Trauma-Informed Coach and a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist with Caroline Strawson.
The training is a lot. A lot of our own deep inner work is being done, alongside training. It's a BIG journey.
2 weeks ago I was fortunate to be able to have a place on a 3-day training with Mark Grixti of Brainspotting UK and I'm now a Brainspotting Therapist.
Working on your trauma is really tough work, something that a lot of people shy away from but did you know 1 in 5 people have trauma? That's huge. If we learn to be free, work on ourselves and unlock the past, our lives could look very different.
