Description

Hello, I'm your host, Wayne Brown, and welcome to the ET Project. We're delighted to be delivering this podcast for executive talent all over the world, whom we're affectionately referring to as team ET. Can you believe it we're still here? 4 weeks in a row, doing the rounds in the USA, and with today's guest, Mr. Steve Farrell sitting in Boulder, Colorado, which I guess just happens to be another beautiful part of the world.

Let me introduce you to Steve. He attained the pinnacle of success as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, founding 2 high-tech firms during the 1990s, and then pivoting to follow his heart, leaving the American dream behind and co-founding Humanity's Team in 2003. Humanity's Team is a global nonprofit helping people everywhere awakened to our interconnectedness through platforms such as their Humanity Stream+ streaming service.

Steve has a new book called A New Universal Dream, which details his journey from a young entrepreneur to a life in service to humanity.

Today, Humanity's Team has approximately 700,000 friends in over 150 countries. Their projects include conscious business declaration training and conscious business change agents. As well they host transformational education programs in business, science, spirituality, creativity, relationships, healing, and conscious living.

Plus, they offer a large range of free developmental packages from luminaries such as Gregg Braden, and Bruce H Lipton, Ph.D. And Lynne McTaggart. With that team ET, let's jump straight into our conversation with a guest, Mr. Steve Farrell, to find out exactly what it's like to work in Silicon Valley, and also to shift focus midstream to fulfill your calling.
