One of the most underrated parts of a business is conducting and exit (and entrance) interview for both clients and staff. When you are onboarding a new staff member or client, you need to make sure expectations are set and you know how best to serve them. Likewise, when a client or staff member is leaving your organization, you need to learn from that experience to serve your future clients and staff better.
