Amy is back for her fourth session (see EP 17, 18, 45, 62, and 63). Faced with six deaths in seven months (including her beloved dog of 15 years, and her step-mother), unable to find a job for 2 months, and reeling from the break up of a 5 month relationship, Amy is now leaving her beloved community in Florida to help take care of her dad. The problem is...she has unresolved issues with him stemming from childhood. At one point, Amy was in a serious car accident with a head injury. Due to a major disagreement between Amy and her step-mom, Amy's dad asked Amy to leave because he couldn't afford a divorce. When comparing all of the issues Amy brought to the session; unfinished business with her dad, unfinished business with her mom and her boyfriend that used to abuse Amy and her sister, and the break up with her boyfriend, Amy checked in with herself and the message was "I am not enough." Traci then proceeds to go down the checklist, and knock out each of her triggers one by one.
