Hey guys, I’m back for Season 2 and couldn’t be more excited about the big changes happening. This is going to be an amazing season and I’m so happy you’re here to listen and take the journey with me. Last season was a little dark (sorry, not sorry) but I was going through something. I finally hit rock bottom. Trauma is a real thing and it’s okay to talk about it, it’s okay to deal with it. And that’s exactly what I am doing and I know I’m going to be okay. There have been some changes in my life that are giving me hope so I’ll be sharing that with you all and hope that will inspire some of you to get up and keep fighting.
