As a society, we tend to glamourise achievements and outcomes. We rarely place as much importance on hard work and short term sacrifices that are required to meet our longer term goals.
In this episode, I am joined by Nick Maxwell, Collingwood Football Club Premiership captain. Nick's story is filled with hurdles and setbacks, but his inner belief, drive and resilience helped him forge a highly successful AFL career.
Now, Nick has translated a lot of his learnings as AFL captain into his business ventures and into his leadership positions with the Storm, GWS and Collingwood FC.
