In this Episode I talk about the problem I had with my lower leg that let to getting a bilateral deep posterior fasciotomy. This started way back in my high school years and in the end is the reason I had to stop throwing the shot put. I find it an interesting and in parts funny story. The thing is, I posted some pics on my Instagram and some people think I talk about these things trying to compare or looking for some sympathy. I think comparing is useless and I don't need anyone's sympathy because I am very grateful for all the wonderful part of my life. I speak a little about this and tell the story about my journey with chronic compartment syndrome.
