In this episode of "What The Feels", we discuss the Millennial classic, "Mean Girls" with Alyssa Williamson, LPC. This movie gives us insight to the high school scene of cliques and trying to fit in. Although the movie does not give us ALL the information, we expand the conversation to deeper themes talking about everything from safety to disordered eating.
TW: In this episode, we talk about dating safety and eating disorders. This is probably not the best episode for kiddos to be in the car with you. Please only listen if you are in a good headspace and ready to learn!
