Before Brent Hathaway took over the Mavericks AA program in 1993, the average tenure of the previous fourteen managers of the team was 1.7 years. 2022 marks his 30th year at the helm of the Mavs' top squad. Coach Hathaway discusses some of the great teams and players that have come through the program, what it means to play the game the right way, and how baseball had changed over the years. The interview closes with a discussion about high school baseball coming to Montana, and what impacts this might have upon Legion programs in the state.
