Great news! Your body is NOT the problem! It's not the reason why you feel less beautiful! Your thoughts are! In today's episode I walk through the examples you shared with me on Instagram as to why you feel less beautiful, analyzed them and gave ideas of how you can move forward so that you can feel more beautiful!

Because guess what?!? You ARE beautiful! You just don't FEEL beautiful! So, I won't be sharing workout plans or diets to follow because your body is not the problem and hence changing your body is NOT the solution!!!
