Hello December 26th... what can often feel like the most diety time of the year!
Today I walk you through an exercise that is aimed at helping you to not feel intruiged by all of the diet talk and quick fixes you may be hearing about and seeing on social media as the new year quickly approaches.
I've been able to get my mindset to a place where when someone says "I need to work off this food tomorrow" that my brain no longer thinks that sounds like a great idea and that's exactly what I'm going to help you with in this episode!
I feel as though we're only subjected to the 'shiny' 'this is good for you' side of fad diets and quick fixes and very often are missing the whole picture and hence we can't actually make a proper informed decision for what is best for us and our body!
So my goal isn't to say these things are "BAD" but if you want to start off the new year on your own terms and from a healthier mindset then this episode is for YOU!
