Hello beautiful!

I put up a poll on my Instagram that had 5 options to choose from. 12 people voted that they have gained weight, 10 people aren't fully sure but think they've gained weight. 2 people voted that they know they haven't gained weight, 5 don't know for sure but don't think they gained weight and 4 don't weigh themselves and don't care!

For me personally, I have not weighed myself once since July 2021! I have noticed that I think I have gained weight but I'm able to be very neutral towards it and don't see it in a negative light at all because I'm focused on how I feel and how I feel mentally and physically is SO good!

So whether you gained a little and it feels like a lot or you gained a lot and it feels like the world is crashing down around you… or maybe you're scared of gaining weight…
