Description

Part of the reason why I didn't like my body for so long was because I truly felt like my body was against me. My body was broken and I wanted a refund. Through all my pains & struggles it felt impossible for me to express gratitude towards my body. 

 It wasn't until I realized that my body was on my team that I was finally able to start shifting my thoughts to express more gratitude. Now, the gratitude didn't take away the pain but I believe it provided me a lot more hope for healing.
