I am by no means a Warren Buffet, Robert Kiyosaki or Gary V, but I do have some insights I feel worth sharing, that may just help you start, or continue on your journey.
Today's episode is all about raising capital to do property deals. For some this is the hardest part and that's because of the common misconception that you need money to make money. Whilst this is correct to a degree it doesn't necessarily mean you need to use your own money!
The foundations of a deal will often predict its success, so we start by reviewing the importance of building relationships in business, etiquette and crucial safeguards to consider.
