Lisa shares her journey in real estate investing, starting with house hacking and eventually transitioning to larger multifamily properties. She emphasizes the benefits of house hacking, such as reducing housing expenses and building equity.

Lisa also discusses the importance of analyzing numbers and using financial analysis skills in real estate investing and explains how she was able to quit her W-2 job by carefully budgeting and determining her minimum income needs. Lisa encourages others to consider their worst-case scenario and take calculated risks to pursue financial freedom through real estate. Lisa goes onto share her experience of living a frugal life while building her real estate portfolio. 

Lisa's dream deal is to find a 30-50 unit seller finance deal, and she recommends the book Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. She also shares a costly mistake she made with an overbudgeted duplex sale. Ultimately, Lisa believes that the purpose of life is to find true happiness and help others do the same.
