Rise up nation, meet Tyler Morton! 

 

Born and raised in Beavercreek, OH, Tyler Morton became a marketer at a very early age, running his own lawn care business. Given the artistic and entrepreneurial strengths of his mom and the analytic (engineering) qualities of his dad, he feels truly blessed to have the best of both worlds. After studying marketing and management at The Ohio State University and being unsatisfied with the corporate world, he decided to go into business for himself.

 

Real estate had long been an interest of his, so Tyler obtained his license in 2004 and within six months was named Listing Leader of the Beavercreek Sibcy Cline Office. A great opportunity was presented to Tyler to join a small independent firm, Valley Real Estate, where he took his real estate business to new heights and made the Ohio President’s Sales Club.

 

After looking into multiple franchise options, Tyler partnered with the (then) owner of Valley Real Estate, and they opened their first RE/MAX franchise at the Greene in Beavercreek, RE/MAX Victory. He now has offices in West Chester, Springboro, Centerville, Yellow Springs, and Troy. Though the business has changed, Tyler’s principles to provide agents and clients maximum value and support and the edge in technology have not.

 

Tyler has the support of his amazing and beautiful wife, Jessica, and their wonderful children, David, Layla, and Jameson.

 

In this episode, we dive deep into the world of content curation.
