Cath is an Irish expat who is now living in Portugal, after 15 years in the United Kingdom, with her Irish husband and son who was born in Wales and the United Kingdom.
Cath is a scientist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry but left the field of science when they moved to Portugal in 2017.
She is now the author of a travel website about Ireland called Travel Around Ireland. Through this website, Cath aims to help travelers plan their perfect vacation to Ireland, via helpful guides, itineraries, and articles with ideas for things to see, do and eat on the Emerald Isle. And there is a whole lot more to be found on the Travel Around Ireland website.
Cath returns to Ireland at least once a year, more often if she can, to see family and explore more corners of Ireland with her son.
