We are thrilled to be kicking off our newest series, Connecting Changemakers, through a conversation with Jessica Yaffa. Jessica is an internationally-recognized healthy relationships expert, speaker, trainer, and certified relationship coach. She celebrates her birthday with us on the podcast, and discusses her desire from a young age to go into mental health or social services, and the importance of connection within herself and with others. She runs her own private practice, and is the founder of the non-profit No Silence, No Violence. She discusses the intertwinement of lack of authenticity with lack of connection and inspiration, and how she has worked to show up authentically and from a place of deep connection.
