On today’s episode, I speak to Camille, who is a first time Mum to 17 month old, Jack.
Camille lives on a remote cattle station in in the Kimberley, and is a four hour drive from the nearest town. When Jack was only about a month old, Camille‘s mum was diagnosed with late stage pancreatic cancer. We speak about how this and her isolated location has impacted her motherhood journey - including her previous history of anxiety and anorexia.
Camille shares the struggle of her loss of self as being a Stockwoman is a huge part of life and identity, and then the balance of returning to work whilst still breastfeeding her son.
