On todays episode I interview Jo who is a third time mum to boys Jack (9), Freddie (5) and George (2). Jo has been navigating her motherhood journey which has included living in a remote aboriginal village with her first born, and the isolation and anxiety associated with that, moving back to the UK to be near family for baby 2 and 3, and the impact that made for raising her sons. We talk about the difference between raising 1 baby versus raising 2 and then 3 children.
Jo was so inspired by the significance of supporting mums during this life changing period, she went on to train as a baby massage instructor, and now works as a therapeutic councillor who focuses on helping parents build attachment with baby. Jo offers pre and post natal counseling online or in person and she has written a blog to go with this episode
