On todays episode I interview Lindsey, who is first time mum to 13 month old Hudson.
Her first year of motherhood has seen Lindsey navigating a colicky baby and difficulty establishing feeding with an undiagnosed tongue tie. In addition to this they had ongoing difficulties with sleeping and shortly after Hudson turned 1 he had a couple of febrile seizures.
We talk about not having her village around to provide support and the emotional and mental roller coaster that comes with being a new mum.
