On todays podcast, I interview Tamsyn who is a first time mum to 10 month old Finley. Tamsyn has been navigating her first year motherhood which has included having a retained placenta and ongoing health issues as a result of pre-eclampsia, significant struggles with breastfeeding, tendonitis in her wrist, being put on a heavily restrictive diet, living in remote Western Australia and the impact of that on her support networks for raising her son.
