Description

Anne talks through making a simple skillet hash with just 3 main ingredients (plus oil, salt, and pepper).  A flexible meal that allows you to switch it up based on what you have or like, it's an easy weeknight dinner that can also be a savory breakfast- perfect for using up any leftovers!

Produce: 1 lb sweet potatoes, 1 large sweet onion

Meat: 1 package smoked sausage (about a pound- I used a 14 oz one)

Seasonings: Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
