The full printable recipe is linked above, but if you're making your grocery list here's what you'll need:
Meat: 2 cups cooked chicken
Dairy: 1 3/4 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp cream cheese
Produce: 2 cloves garlic, 3 cups spinach
Inside aisles: 1 pound dry pasta, 3 tbsp flour, plus some reserved pasta water
You'll also want salt and pepper to taste. As mentioned in the episode, Jessie also has a creamed cauliflower recipe you could swap some of the milk for if you're looking to add more veggies.
