Fika Ventures has also partnered with LA-Tech.org to create the Fika Tech Career Academy starting in the Fall of 2022. Students are learning from companies such as Roblox, Snap Inc, Facebook, and more.
The goal of the academy is to bring the tech community together around common civic goals and to bring economic opportunities to Los Angeles's underserved communities. The four pillars are: educate, mobilize, connect & amplify.
