- Self love and self acceptance leads to the love and acceptance of others.
- Our energy bodies need maintenance support just like our physical body and our mind.
- Our ego/mind is something to work with in healing, not suppress and ignore.
- Everything is a choice. EVERYTHING.
- Children are our greatest teachers and the next generation is here to show us what is no longer working.
- Understanding energy and how it operates is the most powerful way to transform.
