Hey Vibers! Today KeAndrea and I continue our conversation about natural hair in the workplace. We discuss the hair discrimination we face as Black women in the workplace, including personal experiences. We also share solutions we believe can address this issue many Black women face daily. Please note that at the time of the recording, The Crown Act had not been passed by the House of Representatives. Although we are still waiting on the Senate to pass this bill making hair discrimination illegal in all 50 states, since this recording, 18 states have signed this bill into law.
