Christopher Levi is an academic stroke neurologist and the current Director of the John Hunter Hospital Health and Innovation Precinct. From 2017 to January 2021, he served as Professor of Neurology at the University of New South Wales and Executive Director of one of Australia's Advanced Health Research and Translation Centres.
He continues to lead an active research career in stroke and concussion, with a focus on advancing new avenues for stroke reperfusion therapy, developing novel treatments for stroke recovery, and driving the implementation of best evidence practice in both stroke and concussion care.
