Catherine Molloy is CEO and founder of Auspac Business Advantage an award winning international soft skills training company. At the young age of 19 Catherine studied body language and topped sales for WESTPAC banking corporation Australia wide but couldn’t understand why, if she could connect so well with customers why wouldn’t everyone else want too? So she then studied human behaviours and became a profiler to help people understand each other and communicate well for win wins. 30 years on, she has completed a Master of Leadership and Master in neurolinguistic programming and created the award-winning conscious connection framework where we combine mindfulness with body language and behaviours to consciously communicate.
