Aloha friends, and welcome to the very first episode of Two for Tuesday! I’m super excited to bring you this new segment. It originally started as a newsletter where every Tuesday I send out two quotes, two coaching prompts, and two affirmations to give you some hints of mindset goodies. Then I thought, hey how about turning it into podcast episodes? So here we go!
