On today's episode, I invited my friend Ali Ramos to talk about health, healing, and mindset in your healing journey. Ali is an integrative women's health coach specializing in chronic health issues such as endometriosis and autoimmune diseases.
She shares her career transition from veterinary center management to coaching, and what motivated her to specialize in chronic health issues. We explore Ali's endometriosis journey, the inspiration behind looking outside modern medicine, and how she now balances her healing with other holistic approaches. We discuss the impact of gut health, functional diagnostics, and the connection between the subconscious mind and healing.
Join us as we end the episode by talking about other nontraditional ways of healing, such as micro-dosing and psychedelics, why traditional therapy doesn't work for some people, and how you can find the perfect therapist for you.
