Welcome to The "Big" Big East podcast hosted by sports analysts Chris Walker. Chris started playing basketball in Texas and as many do in college, thought he was going to play in the NBA. Chris is a former Villanova University basketball player and coach who has had a great career on and off the court. Chris Walker also coached at University of Massachusetts Amherst Texas Tech, Vanderbilt University in Tennessee, and Pepperdine University in California. Chris also thought he was going to be a singer. He sang in the Apollo Theater and produced many songs that we may have heard today. One of his songs was played at Madison Square Garden, don't try to find it! He currently is on CBS Sports News reporting and talking about the latest in College Basketball. Each week Chris will sit down with guest and give you an inside look on colleges basketball's biggest conferences.
