Elspeth, your host will be joined by Becky. Becky is one of the cyclists that we coach and she has also attending 2 of our cycling camps in Mallorca and we are looking forward to welcoming her back for a 3rd this September. We will talk with Becky about how she started taking cycling seriously, her experience of her first event, overcoming her fears of hills and how she is working on building up her distances with long distance cycling.
