Affirmations are an empowering way to reprogram the brain and get the neuropathways in a groove that is more in alignment with what you want, rather than what you may be telling yourself with negative thought loops. 

It can take 21 days to build a habit or strengthen mental muscles, so I encourage you to say affirmations every day for 3 weeks. 

Affirmations can also help motivate actions so notice and act on any inspired actions that may come to mind as you build this 21-day "healthy relationship to money" habit.
