Izabela contacted me because she needed business coaching and perspective from someone outside of her circle to help her get clarity on her big business ideas.
When I'm coaching visionary business owners like Izabela in this session, there can be so many irons in the fire that it can be difficult for my innovative coaching client to focus on just one area. But because that's usually all we have time for in this podcast medium, it often requires some effort (and cat herding!) on my part to keep the creative person focused and to bring them back gently but firmly if they get distracted.
Like a lot of creative business owners, Izabela is unsure how to describe the work that she does and the work she wants to do going forward.
She is eager to move forward, but she's also been struggling moving forward because of some mental health issues and her lack of clarity. In this episode you'll hear us begin to tease out her niche.
