From carpet cleaning to coaching, I had the idea that people were purchasing the service – but it goes much deeper than that. 

 

I want you to think about the industry you're in and what you offer, and I want you to take a step back and think:

 

What does your service GIVE to others?

 

What does your service make POSSIBLE for others to accomplish?

 

See, you may be labeled under a category, i.e. a realtor, accountant, dentist, or coach…

 

But you are providing your customers with something more than what's seen at face value.
