In this conversation, I teach you some basic steps to find out what that “something deeper” might be.

1. What was the memory, feeling or thought right before this pattern?
2. What am I running from?
3. What do I get to avoid?
4. What would I have time and energy for if I wasn’t using this pattern?
5. What feels hard or uncomfortable about each of those things?
