Zeke is an incredible and gender affirming hairstylist based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Zeke and I discuss what gender affirming services are, what it means to be a gender affirming hairstylist, and what beauticians & barbers can do to make their spaces more safe for queer people. Zeke also shares with us their transition journey and what it was like growing up queer & trans in rural Appalachia. We also test how well we know our Gen Z lingo.
