Description

This is where I always begin with my clients, "what are your goals" - big vision all the way down to what the next 90-days have in store.

If you have dreams and ideas for your life or business, you have got to aim for them otherwise you may never reach their full potential. You'll never know what could have been.

Before I started my business I worked for a lot of other business owners. It surprises me how many don't have visions and goals that they relay to their teams. After working for a very large corporation where I always saw the Vision, Mission, Goals, and what was coming down the pike, moving into the small business world was a bit of a shock..

It's no wonder they the company I worked for was big they aimed right for the bullseye and whether they nailed it or found a different bullseye they had a path.

When I began working with smaller business owners I noticed a pattern. I couldn't tell you what their vision was. I wasn't always sure what we were aiming for, what the company goals were, and how they wanted to grow and succeed in the future.

And that resulted in stagnation.

So when I launched my own business I created a vision to align all my dreams that I can share with my team, build a foundation upon and build plans around.

I encourage every company I work with to do the same.

It's hard to create, grow and evolve when there isn't a bigger goal to reach. Launching a bunch of ideas is great, so long as you have a target to aim for.

In today's episode, I walk you through the process I use to break down my goals for the coming 90-Days.
