On this episode Clark reviews an 18-week training plan made by Erik in preparation for the Jacksonville Marathon in December. Erik is already going into training with a strong base. He regularly strength trains and runs, but has his sights on running his first marathon with a pace goal of faster than 7:30/mile. Not only does Clark comment on the training plan itself, but answers questions regarding nutrition, recovery, and sleep.
