Description

If you didn't see a recent Washington Post article Instagram post titled, "Women are getting off birth control as misinformation explodes"… let me catch you up.

A political post masquerading as a "health" post pinning us against each other (election year of course they are) states that "young women are blaming their weight gain and depression on the pill and right-wing commentators claiming that some birth control can lead to infertility." Having education around BC and informed consent is not a right wing movement. It is a human rights movement.

I have to talk about this and explain why this has absolutely nothing to do with health, why it's bullshit, and why you're being gaslit.
