There are two types of mindsets, Scouts and Soldiers. One seeks the truth while the other stubbornly stands on emotional baggage keeping them where they are. A truth seeker is more intellectually driven while Soldiers are emotionally constrained. A discussion around a great book and how our Society needs to be driven towards the Scount Mindset.
