The 75 Day Hard is a popular fitness challenge created by Andy Frisella. The challenge includes 5 daily rules you have to follow for 75 days in a row: follow a diet and cut out alcohol, complete two 45 minute workouts (one must be outside), drink 1 gallon of water, read 10 pages of a book, and take a progress picture. If you mess up and skip one of the daily rules, you have to start back at day one! My husband & I just completed our 'modified' 75 Day Hard Challenge and made it all the way through! In today's episode I'm talking about how it went and sharing all of the lessons I learned!
