Welcome back to episode 33!! Back from summer break like we never left!!

Oooooooo and what a summer it was!! Praise the LORD!! NYC for Jay Z at Yankee Stadium, 3 weeks later I was in Atlanta, for the AACUC conference, got to wear an Olympic gold medal, slayed some  performances, dropped 2 albums and oh yeah. . . my latest album "Freedom Paper Love Letters" (Deluxe) is submitted for Grammy consideration! Whaaaat!!?  So yeah, cool summer.

Like JayZ 30 this entry comes form 1996, and it comes right after I got back from the AHANA Conference when I was in high school.  Just like AACUC, it was a wonderful time where I could be inspired by my peers and connect with those who share my culture and my drive. '96 and forever!!

Themes:

1.     The thing you do most is the thing you do best. Then and now 100!

2.     You are like your friends.  Trajectory of life, everybody can't go.

3.     People who tell you like it is, straight shooters, why you need them and why they are invaluable.

4.     Go to things that boost your self-esteem, not just the typical or superficial, but the deep, the real the rare.

5.     From audience member to standing ovations, full circle and look at GOD!!

6.     Positivity begets positivity, you have to be diligent in ensuring that those who have access to you, your space and time are able to be regulated by self and that it enhances you not detracts. Small joys to BIG joys!

7.     Role models, I'm always looking for those who inspire me to do and be more. You must be in the right spaces to see them up close and know the real.

8.     Let Him use you, let the experiences build you and keep your might right.

9.     Spiral UP!!

Being on your Queen Shh requires an examined life.  It requires us to leave comfort zones until the entire world becomes our comfort zone.

- Recall a time that inspired you and shaped you, are you putting yourself in enough spaces like that now?
