Headquartered in London, Boreal is an opportunity driven investment manager with a current focus on logistics and light-industrial properties across Europe.
Set up in 2022, it is led by its founding partners former Blackstone, TPG and Europa execs who secured €1bn of equity from Canadian pension giant Cadillac Fairview, with a plan to create a €3bn pan European portfolio.
