Alex Kim is Director of Workplace at the Crown Estate. Here he is responsible for the entire Central London Workplace Portfolio 2.5m+ sqft. Alex is responsible for refurbishment, and development of the workplace assets as well as developing The Crown Estate's workplace product line to ensure it is fit for use in the ever-changing market. Alex started his Real Estate career as a leasing agent, before moving to the principal side in an Asset Management capacity.
