Bert Broadhead has worked for a number of leading firms from DTZ, Rockspring as well as Och-Ziff Capital Management before setting up Alterx in 2014 as a 'value investor' focused on the Western European real estate market.
 
Today, the business operates in three countries and controls over 2m sqft of commercial assets and over 30,000 residential plots. Bert is also the host of a real estate podcast – Building Our Future.
